More symptoms: Schizophrenia is characterized by a wider range of symptoms than 'a little bit' of delusion. Hallucinations, illusions, changes in patterns of speech, historical data, etc. Are also necessary for the DX of schizophrenia.

Schizotypal: Because of the eccentric thought content of Schizotypals, there can often be seeming overlap between schizotypal and schizophrenia. However, the schizophrenics hallucinations are bizarre and impossible for them to be real. Schizotypal thought processes are extremely eccentric, yet have at least some internal logic, and theoretically could be real. Think of a Rube Goldberg cartoon versus a Minotaur
