Can be from coughing: It may be due to coughing for two weeks.Since you have had cough for two weeks and still coughing and now have chest pain, i will suggest you get it checked by your doctor as you may have bronchitis or even pneumonia causing your cough for two weeks.It needs to be evaluated by your doctor.
