Body odor: Many times, body odor is due to a bacterial overgrowth in your groin or under arms that interacts with your sweat. Use a makeup pad and wipe your underarms and groin with rubbing alcohol. The cleans out the are and removes the germs. This is often all that is needed to eliminate the odor. If that doesn't work, you need to eliminate excess red meat from your diet.
