No. : COPD is a disease of a chronic cough or destruction of lung tissue. Most often, it is due to smoking. It is not an infectious disease. Thus, it is not contagious and you can't "catch" it from someone. But, if you smoke, you can definitely get it. So please don't smoke. If you do smoke, for your life's sake, quit.
