The morning after: Pill is meant for emergencies, so taking it every so often is fine. I imagine a woman could take it even several times a month, but that will result in increasingly irregular periods, and really interfering with her hormones because of the burst of hormones in that pill. Better to find an effective form of birth control that works for you. Talk to someone at a clinic about what's best for you.

There is no specific: limit BUT it is not designed to be used regularly or to replace reliable birth control. It was designed specifically for episodes of failed birth cotnrol.
