Post nasal drip: Yes, if it is interfering with your work and causing nausea. You are already taking phenergan (promethazine). If the problem is acute then may be you want to try non drowsy antihistamines like claritin, Allegra for few days. However if it is chronic or recurrent then, please, see ENT doctor to find the exact cause. Good luck.
