Gallstones: There is no way to "sooth" gallstones. There is one medication approved in the us that can potentially dissolve them, but the success with it is modest at best. Tons of claims have been made of remedies that either dissolve or remove gallstones from the gallbladder but other than anectodal "cures", no proven benefit of any of those has been found. Surgical removal of gallbladder remains only way.

Medication & surgery: Avoid fried, fatty, greasy foods. Eat small light foods. Take Ibuprofen for discomfort. If the pain is bad, if the pain does not improve, or if there is repeated vomiting then see your doctor or go to an er for evaluation. Laparoscopic surgery to remove the gallbladder & gallstones will resolve your problems.
