Paracetamol: I suspect you're asking about paracetamol (http://www.Drugs.Com/paracetamol.Html) which is sold in states as acetaminophen. Interestingly, it has not been assigned a pregnancy category by fda although it is widely used throughout pregnancy. Just be sure to keep total daily use to a minimum. And of course, tell your doctor!
