Please call your OB: Any questions in the post partum period should be directed to your OB as your OB knows everything about your delivery and post partum, it is normal that the stitches can hurt for 1-3 weeks but there should not be any increasing swelling or redness, if necessary your OB can check you and the stitches in the office tomorrow to make sure there are no problems.
