I suggest that you: Take an aptitude test. I took one in high school & it suggested that i be a college professor or a psychologist. Well, I have done a lot of teaching including college & I am a psychiatrist (and i love what i do). Aptitude tests can be a really great guide. Take care.

Enjoy your career!: "do what you love, love what you do" certainly applies to you; keeping in mind any challenges or special needs specific to you in a given work situation. First, think of what you like, your education / training, comfort, situation cause anxiety? Also consider what is available in the area in which you live and possibility of relocation. It might be helpfl to take specific courses / training.

Congratulations: This has a great many plusses. I imagine you've gotten coaching with people-skills so you can be happy and effective and well-liked. Aspergers' excel in information technology, bench science, and even in pathology. If you genuinely care about other people, your special gifts will be tremendously valuable.
