A member asked:

What is a good med for trilgelmial neuralgia . i've already been on trileptal it deleped my sodium. i'm on gabintin and dilantin now it's not working?

Suggest: If it is meds, might find more success with lyrica, (pregabalin) baclofen, or even amitryptyline, but there are minimally invasive surgical techniques via needle/balloon decompressions of the foramens where the nerve exits. Maybe consult a neurosurgeon.
