Worsening see doctor: The "pimple" like thing on your tonsil may represent scar tissue, a tonsillar tag(benign irregularity), or an early tonsil stone (tonsilith). If there is no sore throat or pain on swallowing it can be followed. Gets worse; see your doctor.
