Short penis: Sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, without examining you and getting more history, it's impossible to suggest anything. There's an implant option, but it may or may not be right for you. Your partner, however, needs to see beyond the length of your penis within the scope of your relationship. It's only a streak in a picture.

No Shame!: Please, feel no shame! You are what you are, Brother. Frankly, many women prefer small penises-big ones can hurt! Her position may be rather shallow. She could perform Kegel exercises to make her vagina tighter so that she can feel you better. Also, you can experiment with positions that help her feel you better/deeper, for ex, maybe "doggie style". Other stuff besides intercourse too!
