Emotional: Emotional sensitivity is a good thing, but it can be taken to extremes. The short understandable term is simply "emotional".

Hey! You!: Many people are emotionally sensitive - some are unwilling to admit it. Actually there was a term for people who were extremely sensitive in all respects - HSP "highly sensitive person". It can feel painful, but it is not , on it's own, a diagnosis. Nothing is necessarily wrong with you. Perhaps talking with a compassionate counselor or therapist will help you feel better or define a diagnosis.

Very hard to answer: this question without knowing the person or seeing you face to face. You could be sensitive and that is not bad. however if you are overly sensitive and cry at the drop of a hat or get nervous easily you may want to have therapy to get more adaptive to situations in work, school, and with friends.
