Seek medical help: If these are uncharacteristic migraines in the sense that they are more severe and unrelenting and different from your usual headaches, you should see a doctor to have a work-up. You want to make certain that this is not something like an aneurysm or brain tumor, both deadly, but very treatable when found early.
