Antihistamines: Yes you can take Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec but not allegra, good luck! ice the sting bite also, it helps decrease the swelling and itching.

Most antihistamines: ...Are acceptable while breastfeeding. On the other hand, they may not be very effective for a wasp sting. http://firstaid.webmd.com/allergy-insect-sting-treatment.
