Dehydration: Drink enough water so that your urine is clear, not just pale yellow. Then see if you're still suffering from headaches & blurred vision upon standing. If persists, go see your doctor.

Possible anemia: If your blood count is low, you will have these symptoms upon arising and standing. Check with your family doctor to evaluate this.
