Confused: So, were you pregnant in the first place or not? Not sure what withdrawal bleeding stands for. In pregnancy, there is no withdrawal bleeding. If you are pregnant, the pregnancy test will be +. If you're miscarrying, it can still be positive. If you were pregnant and are bleeding, you need to see a doc asap.

Yes: If you're 13wks pregnant, then your pregnancy test should turn up positive.
