Not likely cancer: White 'stuff' is most likely skin cells or secretions from skin or breast ducts. Not likely to be a breast or skin cancer. Stretching of the nipple is most likely pliable or stretchy skin. Should not be anything to worry about. If you are concerned, see your doctor and have it checked out.

Don't be so scared: Please keep in mind, cancer is only one cause of white nipple discharge. Most of the time it is not cancer but caused by far less serious conditions. Please go see your doctor and get the appropriate exams and imaging studies.
