How reliable, really, is the pull out method?

Too risky: There are no studies that give a definitive number, but it highly unreliable method of BC when you leave a hormone raging boy/man to be in charge of such an important task! At times, there is the rare chance that "pre ejaculate" or "pre-cum as a slang" has some sperm cells in it, so please do not rely on the Pull-out method for Birth Control!
