Low back pain: Low back pain is very frequent, but there are many diagnoses possible. A good evaluation with imaging studies and physical examination is mandatory to get a diagnosis. Most treatments can be yoga, flexibility exercises, and non-narcotic medications. Walking typically helps, unless nerve compression prevents you from doing so. Cold packs alternating with heat helps too!
