Stress weight gain: Weight gain is from calories, not stress. But if you are stressed you may not be exercising and eating right. Count your calories, i bet you are eating more than you think.

Get regular physical: Activity, eat healthy, watch caloric intake. To address stress: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program ; deep breathing exercises.
