A member asked:

If my eyes are small would an 8.4 base curve be ideal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cannot tell: A "small eye" may mean a steep cornea, but that is not necessarily true. The curvature of the cornea (in mm. Radius of curvature_ is a determinant of the base curve to use. Base curves of contact lenses usually vary from 7.2 (steep) to 9.4 (flat) mm.
