Keep and eye on it: It may mean nothing at all. Sometimes the cervix becomes more sensitive when pregnant and bleed when touched. Hold off on intercourse until it stops. If the bleeding gets heavy or is associated with lightheadedness, shortness of breath, or other symptoms then go to ER. Follow up with your gynecologist when you are able to make sure there are no other causes of bleeding.
