C below: Knees extended toward ceiling, hands over head the flex abdomen & sit up & touch ur toes by elevating ur chest off the floor. Back down & repeat. Try 2 reach goal of series 15-15-25, with short break between each. If 2 easy, add weight 2 hands. Poor image but girl near wall is close.
