If many : Most people will have some pvcs daily- most wont feel them. If the number of pvcs is high, or other heart symptoms are present, this should be evaluated further. A 24 hour holter monitor can count every one and let you know the percentage of beats which are pvcs. Sometimes medications are used to help people who have many pvcs.
