How much pain should i expect from appendicitis?

Varies: But generally it is at first a mild mid-abdominal pain that progressively gets worse with nausea & vomiting, lack of appetite. The pain usually moves to the right lower abdomen where it continues to get worse and worse. Usually also quite painful to walk & move.
