Well past dead: Good luck, as whatever was used to dilute (/"step on") cocaine is what you need to fear, as near-pure drug would have killed you at that quantity. Heart symptoms indicate need to call ambulance. Tell Medics and ER staff what is going on so they can best help you. Good luck.
