Better not: The spinning and acceleration- deceleration motions may cause brain swelling after previous brain injury. Careful with any velocity or high impact activities.

Better not to.: It is better not to. After a concussion, your brain needs total rest. Being under water causes pressure on your brain, and that can worsen the effects of the concussion while your brain heals. In addition, the acceleration/deceleration with being on a ride can worsen the effects of the concussion.
