Sure: There's no science to it. Do it any way you want. I suspect that this weird diet based around lemonade, tea, pepper and maple syrup was actually invented as a cruel prank. It doesn't remove toxins. You lose weight only because you don't really want to drink the nasty stuff. If you want to stay healthy and trim and feel good, why not get serious about exercise / fitness instead?
