No: If you haven't had kidney stones in that long, you should not be having pain, especially with intercourse. Please see your doctor, and maybe a gynecologist, if this persists.

Possible: However, intercourse is a physical effort, meaning that it can produce side pain like that occurring in your side after running, for instance. Due to recurrent stones, you need to get checked to see if stones are actually gone.Also, need to make sure that you are on a dietary regiment and possibly meds to prevent stone recurrence per your doctors recommendations.
