Fall: The car seat is cushioned, and so it only fell 2-3 feet max.. Did you see the head move abruptly when the seat fell? Watch her for the next few hours and see how she is behaving. Anything out of ordinary, take her to the er.

If no direct...: ...Impact (only seat bottom touched the ground) then a serious injury is unlikely. If there are signs of injury, you might want to get that checked out.
