Friends daughter pushed my 6 month old strapped in stroller back and forth very hard and jerkily (stopping hard pushing hard) could this cause whiplash or shaken baby syndrome? my son was strapped into car seat in stroller

Doubt it: SBS is a process generated by significant repetitive force where the trunk is held firmly and the infants head flipped back & forth. The degree of head movement is something the process you describe does not replicate.

Follow up suggested: Watch for any unusual signs such as vomiting, lethargy, poor feeding, and please see your pediatrician. It really depends on the type of force and degree of the shaking.
