That's not good: That is not good for you. Are you drinking adequate amounts of good water daily? (6-8 glasses). Do you have adequate fruit & vegetables in your diet? You don't mention pain, but i think there would be some. Try to see a doctor to clear this up and then use the diet and water recommendations to prevent it. I hope it is no more than that, but the doctor should examine for causes. Good luck!
