It is possible.: If the infected person has a "chancre" which is an open lesion teeming with the syphillis organism, and touches the surface of the toilet with that lesion, then one could get direct contact of their body (genitals) on that innoculum and contract syphillis. It would be very unlikely but it is possible. Don't want to scare your and this is very much out of the ordinary but possible. Be careful!

Sanitation: 1. Amongst the seven of you - ensure that the bathroom / toilet are regularly cleaned. 2. Can place tissue on the seat. 3. Wash hands well with soap and warm water after using the toilet.

Please explain more: Do you mean that tears come because you have a great deal of pain when you sit on the toilet a long time, or do you mean that tears come because you become sad? If you are having pain, could you please explain further - where is the pain? Is it around your anal area, or is it abdominal, or somewhere else? Are your bowel movements normal? Do you have any blood or other symptoms?

Same as elsewhere: Trains used to scatter waste on the tracks as they moved. Now it is collected and there is no issue in that department. Other than steadying yourself against the motion of the train, there is no problem about using a train toilet. Enjoy the trip and don't worry about the toilet.
