Probably not: I'm not aware of pigment changes to the nipples with Clomid (clomiphene) use. Breast tenderness may occur. Common side effects of Clomid (clomiphene) include hot fashes, moodiness, irritability, night sweats and ovarian discomfort. Clomid (clomiphene) is an antiestrogen which can create the menopausal type symptoms listed above.
