Life dilemma : This is one of the great questions that we run into personally and professional everyday. There is no good easy answer. You have to decide what is best for you. The treatment may be worse than the problems and although it may extend your life it may subtract from the quality and empty your wallet. I wish you the best and hope whatever you decide that you are content with your decision.

Hmmmm: If "not good result" means you have cancer, then i suggest you 1. Get a good idea from two oncologists what effect treatment might have on your useful life span, 2. Reflect on what you wish to accomplish yet in your life, 3. Talk with family and loved ones about which plan (s) best suit your goals. Move forward with your plan.
