Unlikely to be bad: Research suggests that vegetarian diets are generally healthier than meat-based diets, but there is no single diet that is appropriate for everyone. Many people thrive on a vegetarian diet but some people do feel better when they eat at least some meat. The best way to see how it affects you is to try it. Some nutritionists feel type o's do better with a meat-based diet but this remains unproven.

Blood type irrelevan: Almost as easy to eat unhealthy vegetarian as it is to eat unhealthy omnivore; just different factors. How vegetarian do u mean? Eat eggs? Dairy? Fish? Vegan? The more restricted diet, the more thought and effort it takes to keep balanced. Can be very healthy.Concerns about adequate protein, iron, zinc, vitamin b12, vitamin d, calcium, calories (esp in children). Lower fat is a +. Takes work.
