I had a lateral release july 25. my knee is still dbl it's size, tender to the outside, and quite warm?

Knee Swelling: A warm swollen knee 4 weeks post op is not typical. Any constitutional signs (fever, fatigue). Would expect with post op treatment with physical therapy that this would be much better. Is your surgeon aware of your concerns? If not that should be your next course of action.
