Pretty good: As long as there are no other issues with you or your husband, and you are willing to be patient, your chances are pretty good. With normal sexual activity between healthy husband and healthy wife, a women with 1 fallopian tube will usually become pregnant within 15 months or less, very similar to the fertility rate for other women. If no luck after 15 months, a fertility specialist may help.
