Skin allergy: I don't know if i can link a skin allergy with a stomach upset, you need to have his doctor look at him and determine what exactly he has.

See doctor: It is uncommon to have stomach upset with skin rash. However there is a condition known as cholinergic urticaria in which a person gets small itchy skin bumps during the cooling period following a significant rise in body temperature (exercise, hot shower etc). This can be associated with abdominal upset.
