Achilles : You may have strained your achilles' tendon. I would get to your doc and let them do a good exam. If you are active you could be at risk for causing more damage....A tear there is a very serious injury that takes many weeks to recover from. Check it out.

Tendinitis: What you are describing sounds like a soft tissue inflammation. This could be a tendinitis of the peroneal tendons if on outside or lateral side of leg. Tendonitis usually present as a sharp pain. There may or may not be a relationship between the leg pain and your other conditions. See your family doctor first and explain all the conditions and get his/her recommendation.

First rule out a: clot, other things can be a nerve related issue but the clot can kill you…..when in doubt have an ultrasound and make sure the clot is not there.
