Meditation: Sit in a quiet room, close your eyes, focus on your breathing, every time your thoughts drift away return to your breathing. The goal is to stay focused on your breath, you are essentially training your mind to quiet itself and remain calm. Many books and articles are available, type in meditation on the google and on amazon. Best.
