Hard to say: This is not an exact science, especially working backwards in time. With an LMP of 11/18 anytime in that range you give is possible. I'm curious though: your edd (due date) appears to have been adjusted to august 29, since edd from your LMP would be august 25. If this was done based on early us, it may be the december conception date is more likely.
