Vulvar trauma: From what you are describing, there is some trauma to the vulvar area that should be addressed. I am assuming that this might be related to vigorous intercourse. You should also consider that this might be more problematic because of something related to your anatomy that could be addressed. Call you ob/gyn to be seen!
