What is ozone therapy?

A gimmic: Ozone "therapy" is a non-scientific expensive treatment based on a theory that increasing oxygen in tissues will cure disease. It is just a money-making scam. Ozone and higher than normal oxygen levels in tissues is actually toxic in many cases. There are only very limited indications for hyperbaric o2 such as divers' bends and gas gangrene.
