Cause unknown: I would recommend that you see a urologist regarding your urinary urgency. A urinary tract infection and other causes need to be ruled out. In spite of the fact that 83% of men and 56% of women experience pee shivers at some point during their life, the cause remains unknown and largely uninvestigated..
