See pcp: The proper thing to do is to see your pcp.They are several conditions that could give you those symptoms most likely is pathology of the limbar spine, could be a herniated or dgenerated disc, athritis of the facet joints, spinal stenosis and since you are a female intrapelvis pathology could give you some of the same symptoms specially retroverted uterus or pid.
