Prostate Hypertrophy: I do not understand what you mean by 'prostate report'. If you have a blood test there is no correlation between a psa test and a large boggy prostate gland causing you difficulties emptying your bladder. There is no such report to be had. There is just the diagnosis of prostate hypertrophy....Which is the most common cause of frequent urination or bladder infection and frequent urination.
