Stop eating ?: Gastroenteritis is typically an inflammation of the stomach and bowel, most commonly due to an ingested infectious agent (viral, bacterial, parasitic). Be aware of kitchen hygiene in preparing foods for others, and in prelude to ingesting foods prepared by others. When in public spaces, avoid touching common surfaces, carry disinfectant or wash hands frequently if contact is unavoidable.
